BPI Family Savings Bank Waives Fees and Goes All Out with Auto and Housing Loans

Are you in the market for your dream car or home? Check this out. BPI Family Savings Bank has recently launched it's "All-Out Auto and Housing Loans" promo which includes waived fees, discounts, and the low interest rates.

BPI Family Savings Bank (BFSB) has lopped off its fees for its auto and housing loans to help more families acquire the car and home of their dreams.

Housing loan clients may save up to P60,000 in waived fees, while car loan clients get free 1st year comprehensive car insurance, free chattel mortgage fees, and a P10,000 discount on a car's down payment. 

“We would like to address the need for financing to help make car and home ownership more affordable for Filipino families. With these offers, we are able to lighten the financial burden of car and home ownership through our limited offer,” said Qit Abola, Head of BPI Family Savings Bank Retail Loans. 

The Philippines is a potential major automotive market in Southeast Asia and the government’s Comprehensive Automotive Resurgence Strategy (CARS) program aims to enable the country to produce 1 million cars a year to satisfy local and export demand by 2027. There is also a huge demand for housing units, which, despite the production of less than 200,000 units a year, will still lead to a housing deficit of 7.67 million by 2022, according to government estimates.

"We know that there is a growing demand for cars and homes. Our loans allow our clients to stretch out their funds over a long period of time, and, with our promos, they enjoy additional savings, too,” Abola added.

The BPI FamilyAuto Loan All-Out promo is available to all its new and existing clients nationwide who will apply for an auto loan from June 1, 2018 to October 31, 2018, and whose loan application will be approved and booked on or before December 31, 2018. The loan amount should be within the range of P500,000 to P5,000,000 and the loan term should be 5 years. 

The BPI Family Housing Loan All-Out promo is available to all clients nationwide who avail of a BPI Family Housing Loan or Property Equity Loan from June 1 to October 31, 2018, and whose loan applications are approved and booked by December 31, 2018. The required minimum loan amount is at P400,000 and the required minimum loan term is at 10 years.
